Grooming Salon Policy

Punctuality

Thanks to the continued support from our returning and new clients, our business has significantly grown. We kindly request timely dog pick-ups. Your groomer will estimate the grooming duration, and we'll notify you 15 to 20 minutes before your pet is ready. As a small salon, we focus on one pet per groomer, maintaining a calm environment. If you anticipate delays, require an early drop-off, or a late pick-up, kindly discuss it with your groomer in advance for possible accommodation. No-show appointments without 24-hour notice will incur an additional $20.00 charge on the next scheduled groom, with some exceptions considered based on circumstances.

Pricing

Our pricing is influenced by factors such as size, coat condition, desired haircut, and behavior. Prices may adjust or rise for pets with mats, requiring extra de-matting, de-shedding, extended time, or displaying aggression. We aim to provide top-quality service and products. Please be aware that certain price adjustments may be implemented in future appointments due to increased overall expenses.
